About:Chinese Calendar

My year says I'm a snake, my whole date of birth says dragon.. Born 24/1/65. Can you please explain.

That's because the Snake year starts only when the Chinese New Year of Snake starts from 2nd Feb 1965 t0 20 Feb 1966. Your birth date although falls in the Western year of 1965 but it was still within the end of the Dragon year.

No, you zodiac is Dragon. Because the zodiac is calculated by Chinese lunar calendar.
