I was born in July 29, 1992..and I plan to switch company this 2021

I was a programmer and currently, my work is a supervisor of the programmer, and in my work they are pushing me to change career and be a project manager . Now I want to resigned in my position and look for a better opportunity as a Programmer since this is the career that I want. Is 2021 a good year for this?
