About:How to Apply for a China Tourist Visa

Hello, can anyone tell me how to get T-visa, (If person already in china)
Currently, I am here in china working in a company holding a Z-visa, last month I resigned, and the company going to cancel my visa and residence permit. At this moment, I don't have any opportunity.

Do you mean the humanitarian visa? If your company cancels your visa and residence permit, the local exit and entry administration will give you a one-month humanitarian visa, but you should leave China during the month.
