About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

M-visa

Hi, I am from Romania and worked in China from March, 2019 until last month. After I left China, my former employer cancelled my resident permit and work permit. I am still having M-visa valid till March next year and have a job offer. Can I go back to China and get resident permit and work permit while I am there? How about quarantine period? Thank you.

If you got the M-visa after March 28, 2020, you can go back to China with it, but you can't get a resident permit and work permit with this M visa. You need to be quarantined in the airport for 14 days.
