Real estate for 1979 goat in 2021

Hi there, I'm thinking of buying a property next year however not sure if next year is a good time to buy. I was born 19 December 1979 in Sydney, Australia around 7pm. If next year is not suitable, could you please advise if 2022 is better. Thanks
