when is my package coming

It has been sitting since October 26th. What is the hold up and when will I receive it?

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

Generally speaking, you still need to wait 15 to 20 days to receive the package.
