Nucleic acid and igm test

I have got visa from Chinese embassy in syria but im going to Egypt to stay 10 days then ill take direct flight to china from Egypt where I should make nucleic acid and igm test ? Just in Egypt or I should do it in syria too??? notice. In syria The laboratory has not yet been identified for igm analysis
