About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Hi, My name is Nomi. What is the current process for documents after the DIRCO process?

I am in the process of authenticating my documents and I am not sure of the process when they come from DIRCO. Please explain to me the Chinese authentication process and what to bring. Thank you

Then you need to submit your application for authentication to the Chinese Embassy.

1.Civil (Personal) Documents should be accompanied by:
(1)Fully Completed Application Form
(2)Photocopy of the ID* of Applicant.
(3)Photocopy of the ID* of the Agent (if applicable).
(4)Photocopy of your document.
* Photocopy of passport and valid residence permit if not South African citizen.

2.Business (Company) Documents should be accompanied by:
(1)Fully Completed Application Form
(2)Photocopy of the ID* of the Agent (the person who submits the application on behalf of the company).
(3)Appointment letter from the company which confirms the person submitting the application on behalf of the company.
(4)Photocopy of your document.
* Photocopy of passport and valid residence permit if not South African citizen.

Processing time of application: 4 working days.
