I have an immigration/transit question, a friend of mine is a mainland chinese, currently in Beijing. She has a US tourist visa and US immigration told me she can enter the US if she spend 14 days in Hong kong or Macao. What are the conditions for her to enter Macao (Is there a mandatory quarantine like in HK) and leave the 15th day for the USA?
