Work visa restaurant

I have a question:

I currently work in a Chinese restaurant and I made a Chinese friend, due to Corona he fled to China. We sometimes exchange messages via Wechat. He said that I can work for him in his restaurant in China, which I think is a unique opportunity, I also am studying Chinese on the side together with my current study.

Maybe I want to study English to become an English teacher and possibly go to China to teach, is this is by today standards even possible (I'am a non-native speaker)

I still have time to think about my future, when I'am done with my current study I'am 22 years old. Still enough time!
I'd like to know your point of view about the Z visa.
