Visa photos

I have been trying to apply for a visa using the online website and am having problems with my photo. I have tried several different photos from UniChem near the Thorndon centre. They use a white background and advised they are the recommended place for Chinese visa photos.

I'm not sure what to do now. Can you please advise how I can overcome this problem?

Thank you.

Lindsay, you can browse the photo requirements on the website of the Chinese embassy and check with each item to see what the problem is.
