m visa

What is the documents needed for M Visa? Currently i stay in Johor, can i apply through online? Or must go to KL or Penang to apply?

You need to provide your passport, passport size photo, application form, an invitation letter from your business partner in China, and a PU or TE invitation letter. It's not possible to apply through online, you should go to the visa center in KL or Penang.
