Quarantine in HK and China Visa

I am arriving in HK on Dec 10 2020. My fiancé will meet me there and then go to Shenzhen to meet her parents and visit for 3 days. Will I be quarantined in HK? Do I need to get China Visa in HK so I can go to Shenzhen? After Shenzhen visit, I go back to HK for flight to Manila, PH. My flight ticket is USA-HKG-MNL-HKG-USA. Please advise. Thanks.

Joe, you had better get a China visa in advance because I doubt whether you can get it in Hong Kong. You will be quarantined in HK.

Just forget the idea to visit her.
First you have to be in quarantine in HK for 14 days.
Second you'll need a chinese visa to go to Shenzhen.
As a tourist you won't get a visa yet plus you have to stay in quarantine in Shenzhen for another 14 days too.
