Is it possible to be employed in secretarial jobs in China?

My friend would like to employ me as business secretary in China. What are the requirements that we need to comply jn order for me to get the z visa? I am a holder of Philippine passport.

You need to get a work permit, which may require you to have a bachelor's degree.
