apply for z visa in singapore in order to go china for work permit

HiSuppose to in shanghai in Mar 2020 for work permit but due to lockdown cannot go and hv the work permit extend to June 2021.Intend to apply for z visa in Singapore so as can go to Shanghai for work permit approval.Plse advice what docu u need for z visa in order to go Shanghai for work permit.

To apply for the Z visa, actually you should have a valid work permit and a PU letter. Therefore, I advise you to ask your employer to first get a work permit in China for you.
