Stable and secure living status

Are there any details for what requirements need to be met for "stable and secured living status"?
We're in the process of paying off a mortgage, have been married for five years, and living in China together for 7 years so should be a good candidate for PR. I just find the wording of this a little vague. Is there a minimum number in terms of savings? Owning an apartment vs renting? Monthly salary? Are both partners finances counted or just the Chinese citizen?

Tiffany, as per my understanding, to be in a "stable and secure living status", both of you should have a stable job to get monthly salary, and you should own a house in China.
