About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

can i ask someone to apply for my Chinese Z visa in my home country if i am not in my home country?

I am a South African working in China, in January I came to the Netherlands and ended up getting stranded here. I´ve now been here for 9 months. I have tried applying for a new chinese visa here in the Netherlands, but I was told that because I am not a Dutch citizen I cannot apply here and that I have to apply in my home country (south Africa)

I am now trying to find out if it would be possible for me to post my passport and all my documents to my father in South African(or an agent), and have him apply for my visa and post it back to me in the Netherlands so that I can fly back to China from here, instead of me having to go to South Africa first, do the visa application process myself and then fly to China from there.

No, when you are not in your home country, you can't ask someone to apply for your Chinese visa in your country. You should do the application in the country where you are now in.
