About:Marriage Registration in China

Getting married on tourist visa

I’m looking to get married here but I’m on a break tourist visa and it’s also expired, can I still get married or would I get in trouble?

As your visa is expired, I suppose you have overstayed in China, so that you can't register your marriage in China.
