Residents permit expired, can I apply for VISA renewal or go for fresh visa?
Hi, My visa expired in May 2020 during the COVID-19 period. At that time I was in India, now I have received a PU letter from the university to return to China. I have a valid work permit card up to 2021 February. I am confused about whether I will go for a visa extension with a valid work permit card or can I apply for a fresh M-type visa with a PU letter. Please clarify me. Thanks.
