Question

My name is NIlievna Nkanza I am from the republic of Congo ,I live in China for already 2 years  with my Chinese spouse and I never left the mainland. Due to the epidemic outbreaks for my safety and the safety of my family I Could not go to my country and renew my Q visa therefore   I am planning  to re-apply for Q1 Visa  from Philippines  this coming winter specially in end of January 2021   .  I am wondering about the application process could you please tell me ?

Actually, I was wondering whether you can do the application in the Philippines as it is not your home country. Things are not clear for this winter.
