student visa

have a good day i ask here before about on how to get a student visa for my 8yrs old son..and u answer i need to go to exit and entry administration..it means i can apply here for student visa
a in china and no need to go to Philippine ...because my son is with me here in China right no..thank u in advance

If you can get the student visa in China successfully, you don't need to go to the Philippines.
