About:Marriage Registration in China

Register marriage in china

Hi, I am a Singaporean chinese. I am still in Singapore. My boyfriend is in China. Am i allowed to register matriage in Shanghai during the covid period? Recently, I read about the updates on the chinese goverment allowing people from 13 Asian countires to enter China. Kindly advise. Thank you.

If you can enter China, then you can register marriage in Shanghai, but I'm not sure whether you can get the visa.

You can’t register now for sure. I have register married and have the reunion visa but cannot go over China, now the malaysia imigresen don’t allow normal reunion with family but they told me to appeal with the head of imigresen. If sg government allow you to go over but when you reach China, they won’t allow you to go through as you don’t have the Reunion Visa.
