About:Marriage Registration in China

Me and my fiance want to marry, but the virus hit us.

I'm stuck outside of china, we were worried about relations between china and America, and the government cut my visa, despite saying they wouldn't based on my situation with my fiance.

Is it possible to get a spouse visa from outside of china, and enter as a family member?

otherwise I fear how long me and my fiance will be apart.

As you are not married, it's not very possible to get a spouse visa. Anyway, you can try to apply for an S2 visa for private affairs.
