About:China Visa

Visa to visit partner

Hello,
I was living and working in Shanghai for 6 years with my Italian partner/fiance of 11 years until June 2019. He stayed one additional year and I came to live in Oregon until he could come and join me. However, Covid has kept us apart now since February, and were were unable to get married this past summer as intended. Now, he has just been diagnosed with cancer and will need to have surgery very soon. I desperately wish to go to Shanghai to support him in this, at the very least in his recovery. He has no family or close friends there---I am his only family and want to be there for him. We could supply Dr. evidence of his situation. Do you think that I can apply for a visa for 'humanitarian emergency' purposes? Thank you very much.

Dear, as you can provide the evidence of the doctor and hospital in China, I think you can have a try.
