Can I get 3 months for an L visa

Hello can i get 3 months for a tourist visa or its only a maximum of 30days. And also what is a Certificate of Bank Asset

Generally, one can get 30 days of stay duration at most, but the visa is valid for 3 months. The Certificate of Bank Asset may refer to the certificate issued by a bank showing your balance.
