will i ever be financially secure?

im 58 years young. Ive been employed at a nursing home for 33 years.  I have Stents in my heart, I have diabetes, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. and working in a covid19 environment. the reason I am still working there  because its my only bread and butter. What are my chances of getting social security disability and early pension?
