Employment Visa (Malaysia to China)

Hi there, can I check if the Embassy is still issuing Employment Visa at the moment in view of Covid? I have been offered an employment in Shanghai and in need to process my Employment Visa at the moment. Appreciate if you could enlighten me on the necessary procedure. Thanks!
