Q2 Visa 180 days single entry.

Hi, any help would be amazing. I am currently in Shanghai holding a Q2 single entry Visa valid for 180 days. It was issued July 10 2020 and expires Jan 4 2020. Duration of each stay is 90 days. It also says 'Observations: Permitted to stay until 04 JAN 2021 this time'. Do I have to leave after 90 days or not? I'm slightly confused as the officer in the PSB didn't mention I had to leave after 90 days. Is this optional? Online everything says a Q2 is a 6 month Visa
If I have a medical check he said he would issue a 2 year multiple entry Visa. Q1 I think. Also, if anyone has the address for the Visa health check in Shanghai it would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I sound ignorant

In normal cases, you should leave after 90 days. However, thing may be different during the epidemic control period. Therefore, I advise you to confirm this with the local police.
