can i travel to china now with a 10 year chinese visa?

i am a Canadian citizen with a valid 10-year Chinese visa. can I travel to China right now or do i need a special permit? do i need to wait for 14 days before departing and another 14 days quarantine after arriving?

Michelle, you will need a special permit, which requires you to undergo a test for the COVID virus. It's not necessary to be quarantined for 14 days before departing, but you may be asked to do so upon arrival in China.
