About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Can those holding resident permits, including work permits apply for a VISA to return to Guangzhou?

Looking to return to Guangzhou with my family (wife & daughter). We all currently hold a resident permit and have a condo in Guangzhou. I have a teaching position and want to return as soon as possible. Can we now get a VISA to return and book flights. what is the waiting period. we live in Calgary but could fly out of Vancouver, Edmonton or Calgary. Thanks

Sharon, according what I know, you may be able to enter China now, but you had better check this with the embassy and see what to do.
