Can visitors in Gabon apply for visitor visa to China?

I'm a visitor in Gabon and my resident permit for China expires on August 30, 2020.

I travel to Gabon and got stuck due to the pandemic. I have a Jamaican Passport but have a Chinese resident permit as I live and work there but the borders are currently closed and I am unable to return at this time.

can I apply for a visiting visa from Gabon to return to China?

Kadia, you can have a try to apply for it at the Chinese embassy in Gabon if it is open.
