suspended visas

please i am a student in China but currently in Ghana for holidays upong arriving, the lock down happened, i was checking through a web site of entry requirements of foreign residence in China who wish to go back and the requirement was to obtain a new visa. MAY I KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS OF FOREIGNERS WHO ALREADY HAVE RESIDECY AND WISH TO RETURN TO CHINA?
