Revoking my 3 year resident visa

I just got my 3 year resident visa, having renewed from a 2 year resident visa. My wife is my sponsor and we are going to divorce. Will I lose my visa? Also what if I register my three resident in another city in China, and get a new sponsor, can I keep my visa?

After you divorce, if your wife informs this to the local public security bureau, you may lose your visa. If you can soon get a sponsor, your problem may be solved.
