f visa with goverment invitation

HelloI am a dutch citizen who live in Ukraine i work in China and have a visa multiple visa till 12-08-2020 I have a Chinese Government invitation and try to get i contact with the embassy to get information what kind of documents i need more to get a F visa but nobody pick up the phone is there some possibility to get this information . its a 12 hour drive and i want to be prepared

I guess that the Chinese embassy has closed temporarily because of the epidemic situation.

Hello, Arno. I face the same problem, as I have PU invitation letter but can't reach the embassy in Kiev to check what other documents I need to submit with. Was wondering if you managed to get in touch with them? Would appreciate if you could share an update. Many thanks
