Invitation letter

Hi I don't have invitation letter for apply L visa ..can I submit only tour initery with flight n cnfrm hotel booking...

If you are a Pakistani citizen, I'm afraid you need to book a tour through a travel agency in order to get this tourist visa. And the travel agency will issue you this invitation letter.
