Business trip to China / working in China

Hi
I am holder of Korea alien registration card (valid till 11/2022) and plan to travel to China for two reasons: first, entering for negotiations before start of project; second, to start working in Shanghai for about one year.y
Q1: is it possble right now to apply for business or work visa?; Q2: would it need special documents during visa application?

Many thanks

Dear, I know that China has established a green channel with Korea, so you may be able to get the visa. However, you need to first to contact the Chinese embassy and your business partner or employer in China to see if you are eligible.
