You will need the following documents:1. Passport and its photocopy.2. A completed application form.3. Passport size photo.4. If you are applying for the Chinese visa for the firt type, please submit the original and photocopy of your previous Chines epassport.5. If you have obtained Chinese visa before, please submit the original and photocopy of your previous Chinese visas.6. If you have changed your name, please submit a name change document.
