Visa expires on the 19th of this month

Hello, my friend's visa will expire on the 19th of this month, can he change his working visa (z visa) to a business visa in China knowing that he has 12 days left before his visa expires..please help

If he really has business to do in China and can provide necessary documents, it's possible to convert his visa to a business visa in China.

Hi Henry thanks for your attention. My friend's a teacher in China, the employer can't renew his visa and so the employer is trying to look for ways for him to obtain a working permit and stay in China. He signed a contract, yet the employer is hesitant to pay and send him home so the employer gave him an option to go to the south part of China and look for a job.
