About:China Family Reunion Visa

Visa problem

I was married to Chinese man and we have two kids and they’re citizenships is chinese . Is it still possible for me to apply residents visa even we are divorce?

can you explain how because I face the same thing anf my husband is forcing me to oeace the country after divorce. I heard there is an option to apply for a visa using my kids identity because they are chinese vitizens. I don't know the process though.

As per my understanding, you can apply for the residence visa only if you have guardian right over your kids.
