Are there several names for the Buddhist Monastary in Shangri-La? Songzanlin Temple, Ganden Sungtseling & Potala Palace , or are these all different sites?

Yes, the name of Songzanlin Temple and Ganden Sungtseling you mentioned are for the same place - Songzanlin Monastery, and it is also called "the Little Potala Palace".
