About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

I am 22 years old however I am interested in living in china

I would like to know how I am able to get a permanent visa to live in china without having to get a job visa nor a student visa

Jojo, if you don't work or study in China, and you don't have any Chinese family members, it's nearly impossible for you to get the permanent visa.
