best compatibility for female metal horse (born august 16 1990)

Question

I had thought that a guy one year younger than me (year of metal Goat/Ram, born in November 1991) would be very compatible, but things didn't work out as I grew as a person and they stayed the same. I have been doing research and wonder if a man born in 1987 (year of the Tiger, not sure what element he would be, water?) would be more compatible than men in the year of the Goat/Ram.
