I have a residence visa , when can I re enter China please?

My family and I live in Chengdu but were travelling to Ireland when Covid happened. We have not been able to return since . When will the border reopen please? We have residence visas which will expire in July . I am currently renewing work permit to be able to renew our residence visas.
