Can holder of China WOrk Permit now fly to China for Work ?

I read about the green Channel establish between China and Singapore govt. I like to know if holders of China Work Permit can now fly to China for work?

Do we still need to apply for any other visa prior to flying to China?

It's possible to fly back to China for work currently by a chartered flight, but you need to ask your employer in China to contact the local government to confirm this.
