Is HK open now to accept visas for China esp Z visa?

Hello! May I ask the following questions:

1. Is HK now open to accept applications for z visa for China?
2. Can I go to HK this time as a tourist to apply for z visa for China?
3. Can you suggest any agent who could help me facilitate my application for z visa in HK?
4. Is Macau the same with HK that accepts visa applications for China?

1. I'm afraid HK is not open to accept applications for z visa of China at present.
2. You can't enter HK currently.
3. I'm afraid Macau does not accept Z visa either applications at present.
