Jade dragon mountain tour in June

Will we be able to experience snow at Jade dragon mountain in June? we are really hoping to be able to touch snow as we saw some videos in youtube. Do we need heavy jacket?

You can see snowscape on Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in June, and the mountain is snow-covered all year round. You need to bring heavy jacket as the temperature at mountain top is very low.
