Can Cancel residence permit without my passport?My agent is threating me?
Hi guys
I'm having an issue with my agent
I got my residence permit and working permit up to March 31
I decided to stop working with my agent because she was a very very bad agent
Now she is saying to me that she will cancel my work permit and residence permit
She has the working permit card but she doesnt have my passport
I want to know if she can cancel my residence permit that is stamped in my passport without my passport
And if she does that how many months i will be detained in jail???
If anyone has been in this situation please let me know what are the consequences
