About:MYA14

I am married in 2017 with Chinese man but that time was holding student visa

I heard after 5 years of marriage I can apply for Chinese green card. now it's about three years passed of my marriage but holding Q1 visa only is my second year. so How is going to count ?the years of marriage or by years of marriage visa ?
