My order

I ordered in April I used to be able to track my packages now it says no location that is the tracking number and everything has disappeared and I still don’t have my packages it’s been a month please help me understand this and assure me my money was not taken with no delivery.

It means that you don't know about your tracking number, right? If yes, I am afraid that you have to contact the sender.
