Earth Dog and water rat.

I am an earth Dog, 11/13/1970. I am having an on again, off again relationship with a Water rat, 5/26/1972. I really like him. We have so much fun together. Are we able to have a romantic committed relationship? Am I wasting my time? The passion is there.
